DON'T sit in a place that has a clock or if you're wearing a watch then take it off so you don't feel time passing slowly when checking it every moment
Put away all your devices(most importantly mobile)and by that I mean put them in another room or anywhere far from you.
Make sure the room you're studying in is tidy and the lit is good! And it's good to bring snacks or something sweet to eat while studying :D
Also, you should put all writing homework together (by that I mean homework which needs writing or solving problems an so)
Also put all subjects that needs memorizing and does not have writing in it together.. Then try to study similar subjects after each other, make sure to have a break after one or two subjects (go to the bathroom, hang around in the house) , just make a 10-15 minutes break each while, and try not to use your mobile in it cuz be sure u won't leave till hours!! U can start by hardest subjects so when u feel ur gonna explode u can study the easiest ones quickly

Spend 15-20 minutes working on the homework, then take a break. Go back to the homework.
Organize your time into doable time allotments or you could set a goal of doing x amount of homework in x amount of time.
Organize your homework and studying according to subject. Start with the subject you like least, then go on to the subject you like 2nd or 3rd best. Then go back to another less favoured subject and finish with your best or favourite subject. When you are studying or doing the homework make notes on the "fuzzies" so that you can have your questions answered the next time you are in class.
Many students falsely believe that by staying up till all hours doing homework and studying is productive. The brain actually goes to sleep even though the eyes are open.
You could also make a homework and study schedule for yourself: one which is practical and doable. When you are doing your homework turn off your mobile phone or tablet- better yet put them in another room.
Another thing you could do is to inform your friends of your homework and study times and that you will be unavailable to take messages from them. You could also set times with them when you and they can answer questions about the schoolwork.

Get rid of the distractions and just do it. That includes asking people on Yahoo for advice. Give yourself breaks often enough to stay fresh. There's a thing called the Pomerado Technique that can help you that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique But the main thing is not distractions, cell phone off and no internet.

Hey!
Silence and put away devices such as phones, computers and such, that tend to distract us. As Lola said, do your work in sessions and take frequent breaks...but not too many breaks. Start with the easy work and work your way up to the hard work. Don't forget to "Study with a Buddy".
Peace and Love.

the bes thing to do is to take it in sessions work hard on your work for 20 mins and then take a quick break to get a drink and then continue to work so that you don't completely overload yourself and maybe create a homework timetable so that you are not too overloaded all the time but you have to go back to your work after the break mos people just work and take a break and then never go back to work you have to commit to doing your work
