Around the 28th day of gestation, the vet may be able to palpate your dog and pick up fetuses in her if she's pregnant. Between the 24th and 28th day of gestation, the fetuses can be felt. Before that they're too small, after that the sacs they are in become too full of fluid to be picked up by palpation.

Many dogs don't show any signs of pregnancy until the last two weeks before birth when they blow up like blimps. I've had b.....ches with morning sickness within two week of breeding and b.....ches that you wouldn't know were pregnant until the last 2 weeks. You will simply have to wait and see if the mating "took".

In the meantime read up on whelping (look it up on google.com) so you don't have to come back here and ask "what now?"
