I have an interview with a recruiter and the first question on the agenda is What is important to you? How do I answer this question?

First you want ask if it's related to the position or what's important to you personally. If it's related to the job then some thing like having open policy when it comes to communication between managers and employees, having a positive environment, being able to set goals and move up in the company, if there is any animosity that some one would speak to you about it.
