I bought the last of us remaster by accident instead of using the redeem code?

Hi I bought a ps4 which included took remaster redeem code/ I had no idea how to redeem it so I went to order and pay thinking there would be a pay by code section but it charged my bank account so I now I am stuck with a useless redeem code for 39.99/ will the store refund me? It didn't even prompt me it just took payment I'm so annoyed

You can try reasoning with Sony but good luck with those idiots.

You can give Sony a copy of your receipt as well as the code. Sony can look it up to see if it has been used. The code should let Sony know if it was activated or not. The receipt also serves as proof that you bought the code.

You would think that's an easy fix but don't be surprised if Sony tells you to ask naughty dog to help you.
