Need advice on how to improve my team?

I like lopsided trades,as in like 2 for 1..

Also,integrate selling high & buying low.

Example:I traded Bradshaw+Hopkins for Gio Bernard,then picked up Stevie Johnson.Stevie will sit on my bench,but Gio will upgrade my RB2 slot.

For you,I would target a buy low top RB,like McCoy,Forte,Lacy,or Charles.And,offer 2 players that are good bait;Trading is a lot like fishing,,,you need good bait to catch the big fish..Bush & Sanders would be good bait.

No one will want Forsett or Taliaferro as a back by committee member (with Pierce too), they won't be traded for often. Only wavered.

I wouldn't even try to get rid of Sanders or Jeffery but after Morris, you have some issues at RB. Try to improve there. Only move one of those two WR if you're getting some help back.

You need a better qb. I wouldn't trade my top wr to get it though. You have too many rbs and should try to trade 2:1 or even 3 to get a decent qb. Newton and cousins won't win you anything. Newton will spend a lot of time on DL and cousins is basically a rookie whose going to make lots of mistakes as proved last night. If it's a yearly league I'd keep cousins for future value, but newtons gone if I can get anyone to trade me a consistent qb.

I would try to snag Rashad Jennings. He's great for PPR and you could possibly trade straight up with Morris. Morris is alright but he literally never catches passes and that's what scores points in these leauges.

Try and trade Morris. Since your in a ppr league try and get a back that catches allot of balls.
