It means he's tired fixing things up for the mega fight. Its as if to say, "Ok Floyd go home now. I won't scare you no more".

It meant Floyd lied to the commission about that All Access thing and being a liar, Manny cannot depend on him to make good on his post-Maidana 2 fight statement about the possibility of their own fight happening.

But by this tweet, isn't Manny also closing the doors for that fight ever happening?

As a self-proclaimed bible preacher, isn't Manny being too judgmental as to denounce Floyd as a liar, a bad man with no hope of ever reforming?
