iPhone 5s fell in toilet, now screen is blurry?
I accidentally dropped my iPhone 5s in the toilet several days ago. It turned on perfectly fine after sitting in rice for 2 days.
Now, 2 days later, the screen is a bit blurry. I"m wondering if this could be an issue with the LCD screen itself and if I could replace that (not the digitizer, the actual screen) and be okay? Every once in a while the screen goes not fuzzy for a second, which leads me to believe its a display problem only. Looking for some advice on what I should do. Thanks!
I'd rather replace the LCD myself if possible before I take it to the Apple store, where I'm guessing they will
1) open the phone
2) see the water damage indicator
3) tell me its water damaged
4) tell me I must pay an extremely high blanket fee to cover repair

First bit of advice: get it repaired at an authorized dealer. It won't magically fix itself.
Second bit of advice: to prevent this from happening again, don't hold the phone over the toilet. It's an easy thing to avoid doing.

You should put the phone in rice again but this time brown rice. See what happens if it doesn't work go get help on where you bought the phone.

Only someone that looks at it would know. I would take it to an apple store.
