Is there a way to make a wheat beer pour less foamy?

I don't know if something is up with the pressure in the lines or what, we have 4 taps at work and the Spaten pours with NO head, the Fransiskaner ok and the Hacker-pshorr is TERRIBLE. All head. I really doubt its the way I'm pouring it, but is there just a trick to it?

Or could it be a temperature/ pressure issue?

    I might be mistaken but the tap head might be on too tight and causing the massive head because the beer is pouring too hard out of the tap. It's kind of like squeezing a water hose and having the water shooting out of the hose. Call the distributer and ask them if there is anything they can suggest about adjusting the tap head. The other alternative is to be sure the glass is tilted when pouring and try to pour as slowly as possible. Of course, with a tap head this is hard to do. Also, you need to use a hefeweizen glass when pouring a wheat beer. Are you using hefeweizen glasses for your wheat beers? They seem to help a lot in regard to head formation.

    Beer should always have head if poured correctly. The head should be about 1/2 to 1 inch thick. First thing I would do is clean the entire tap system. The system from keg to where the beer comes out of the tap needs to be cleaned on a regular basis.
