I keep waking up and seeing people in my room?

*Please don't moderate this again, I'm serious*

The last 3-4 nights I've woken up and seen all my flatmates in my room. I sit up and ask them what they're doing in my room and they just carry on talking as if I'm not there. After a few minutes, they just disappear and I find mysef sat up in bed talking to my chair.

Update:

When it's happened, I've felt completely awake, but I can't get over how real it seems. In the past, I've occasionally sleep walked, but I've never experienced anything like this. Any idea what's happening to me?

You may be experiencing "sleep paralysis" of some form.

Try getting to bed earlier, getting more exercise, reducing stress in your life or pinpointing what is stressing you, and eating less cola/coffee drinks past about noon.

Lately I have experienced the same thing. I didnt know what it was called. Because I believed I really was seeing people in my room and under my stairs.
