Jay Cutler or Phillip Rivers?

I recently traded Cam Newton for Phillip Rivers, because for real, Cam is still recovering from his surgery and his hip injury, and I'm not going to take any chances. I actually just got Jay Cutler as well, which I don't regret. Who should I start? Jay Cutler against the Packers defense, or Phillip Rivers against the Jaguar's defense?

    Rivers with a great match up at home against Jacksonville this week. You never know which Cutler you'll get on a given week.

    Rivers is against Jax at home. Jax is horrible. Start rivers.
