What is the difference between Qudsi hadith and non Qudsi hadith ?

A hadith is a companion narrating what the prophet(peace be upon him) said.

Hadith Qudsi is a companion narrating what the prophet(peace be upon him) said that God said, but they are not part of the Quran.
