am I having a miscarriage?

Yesterday I suddenly got this dull constant pain in my upper abdomen, right side. It just got worse and worse. I assumed it was gas or gallbladder something. I took some gas x, had some Advil and a light dinner.

I was running a fever all night, moaning, and getting the chills. When I woke up this morning the pain was back severely in the right slide, slightly in the left and middle back, accompanied by a headache (which looking back I've had off and on for 3 days). When I breath to deep it hurts more. In the last hour I have began bleeding gray blood from the vagina. I am on the Morena, but I am sexually active and not using any other contraceptives.
