if a female is HIV + would it be in the blood from her period?

a few times i had sex with a female during her period so as to avoid her getting pregnant but now i am worried about HIV.

if she has it could i have a good chance of getting it.

also her regular blood and period blood are not the same are they? i mean 1 is alive and useful but period blood is used up and dead, right

    ALL blood is the same, dude. Period blood is just as "alive" as any other blood you see outside the body.

    Red = alive.

    The HIV virus is found in menstrual blood, so you would have roughly the same chance of HIV transmission as having any other type of unprotected sex with this woman. You would be better off using a condom as birth control and to protect against STIs.
