Why do so many American believe liberals are right , anything goes is best ?

If you read the polls then you would know that it is split about 50/50 on this. Many believe that

the government is not the one who knows all and is all in all but the people still know what is best

for them. Many think that if they rely one the government then everything will be alright and every

thing would be taken care of for them.

All THESE ANSWERS suck! but HARWARD is partly right. Rest are all liberals that hate ! The liberals insist on keeping the poor/middle class dependent on the Gov for survive and forced to vote for them instead of honest Gov or else !

First of all, most liberals do not believe that "anything goes". What we do believe is that the government should not be the one telling us what to do - with our bodies, in our bedrooms, in our leisure time, etc. A lot of liberals are hard working family people with very "conservative" private lives. But we're more focused on helping people better their lives than on punishing them for not being perfect, which seems to be the conservative approach.

Because liberals continue to have better economic policies, which is why the economy always fares better under democratic presidents.

Because....had McCain won, we would have been at war with Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt, Libya, North Korea, Russia, and Syria (all of the countries he has called for war with since 2008).

Because republicans are anti freedom.

Because the GOP continues to make horrible choices just because they are butt hurt over the election results. See: shutting down the government, destroying our credit rating, most filibustering congress in history, most vacationing congress in history, cheerleading foreign tyrants over their own country, and incessantly calling for secession against our nation.
