Juice detox cleanse for acne?
I dont want to have to make the juice. Is there a juice that I can already buy and do like a 7 day cleanse with? I want to clear my acne, although I must say I already eat pretty healthy and I only drink water. I have changed my whole lifestyle for my acne and have gotten a million different products and I would like to try a cleanse now. Also is this safe? I'm 5'9 and 118 lbs. I need to clear my skin completely and lose only a few pounds for a modeling contract. Thanks everyone! Please provide links to a detox/cleanse juice thing that I can use.
Please make sure it is not too expensive either. Thanks again in advance.

squeezedonline.com has a cleanse. you buy the juices online and they come to you in the mail. As long as you fulfill the nutritional requirements you should be ok. if you exercise regularly i would recommend eating some solid foods just for added energy so you wont pass out

It's probably not a good idea since juice cleanses make u lose weight and your already underweight for your height

I use rubbing alcohol to wash my face with a cotton ball and put tooth paste on my pimples using a Q-tip at night and it works wonders!
