Right, I need to get a hold of magnetic PZ-2 bit, I have the holder, but my PZ-2 bit doesn't actually magnet attract the screw to my PZ-2 bit, can anybody help me with the scientific term I need to find this?!

Magnetic bit holder. The problem you have is a weak magnet in your holder. As an alternative a longer Pozi drive 2 bit that is permanently magnetized may help. many years ago there was a device for magnetizing and demagnetizing screwdrivers that was on my work bench. Not sure who might make them. This was in a typewriter repair shop. Not sure they exist anymore, either the tool or the shop.
