How can anyone differentiate between 100% certainty & 100% delusion wherever belief without verifiable evidence is concerned?

We have no way to judge reality from a source that isn't the human brain... We may appear as intelligent as a dog to an alien species.

Maybe some of us have evidence that you won't give them credit for. Maybe you don't have the type of ability to receive an esoteric indication from a spiritual being.

According to what I learned, people who never have a spiritual experience deny spiritual experiences exist, only because they never had one.

There are many things in this world for which there is no verifiable evidence. Science is not the end all and be all.

Actually that's easy, since there is no case of either of those.
