How do I know if it's over?
Been seeing a guy for a few months.... The I love you has been said on both sides. But recently he has become distant, not answering phone calls and text messages and he seems to be less keen to schedule plans. I know the simple answers is that's he is probably just busy with work etc however .... My mind says things are coming to an end between us.... I know the simple answer is just to ask ... But how do I know if it is over ? And how do I ask ?

Just ask why he is being distant..."Hey i've noticed you have been a little distant recently and I was wondering whats going on?" or you could even ask him if everything is okay between the two of you.
Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

Honesty is the best policy, as the saying goes. Ask him in person. Ask him to make a little time for you and ask if he is just busy or if he's not interested in continuing the relationship.
