Experienced Wiccans: What's your favorite "Fluff Bunny" behavior?

Hopping around in my back garden making my dogs angry.

Honestly, most "fluffy" behavior comes from ignorance rather than insolence. I don't have a huge problem with authors who "water down" their work for the masses; it is their way of being true to their oaths. It's up to the seeker to learn discernment and find the "good stuff".

Personally, as an "Old Skool Craft" type, I'm more irritated by the whole "old religion myths have been debunked" (as through fact and Truth are the same thing) and "one can practice Wicca and not Witchcraft" (as though raising the temple is not a magical act) that is so popular here. But even then, it doesn't affect MY Craft, so I'm not that irritated. ;D I love all you curmudgeonly old souls.

Oh, yeah-- the burning times is a good one. "Christians tortured and killed a bazillion Wiccans and that gives me a right to be terribly rude and hateful to Christians today!"

Claiming to be a HIgh Priestess at the tender age of oooh - twelve? Funny how it's always the girls isn't it.

Claiming to be an expert whilst reading Cunningham/Ravenwolf and quoting it.

Claiming to be an expert spellcaster then asking for book references for 'new spells I haven't tried yet'

Claiming that Ghost Hunting is a big part of Wicca - is that a problem in your area too? Jeez leave em alone already the Dead have better things to do.

Claiming to have some form of 'power' that of course no one else in the entire world could POSSIBLY have Nor understand

Claiming to be hexed.
