Are you Talking about a full size van and a full size SUV. If you are and the tires are the same size yes you can use them. Because both vehicles are on a truck chassis. It would help if you head what the tires are off of and what they are going on. Check with a tire retailer if you have any questions about this.

The vehicle maker of your SUV spent a ton of time, money and energy determining the specific tire size, speed rating, and load index necessary for your vehicle. Stick with their recommendations.

SUV Light Truck, and Van tires are all the same. Check the size code on the tires.

Hi like horn church male has told you not a good idea. why apart from the tire wall issue it could be that you roll the suv due to these extra strong tire walls. yes the stiffness in the walls can cause the whole thing to roll over on a bend.

Van tyres have stiffer sidewalks for heavier load carrying etc. perfectly legal as will meet tyre laws however not recommended for passenger cars due to ride and noise quality.
Tyre depot can advise.
