What kind of snake it this?

So I saw a snake outside my house this morning. I live in South Florida. It was about 2 feet long maybe. Mostly black with some yellow on it's head. Below I have an image posted. What kind of snake it this?

    It's a toy rubber sake.

    Completely harmless.

    I don't think that is a real snake. Looks fake to me.
