If a car hit your car but its not your fault and you pay no deductible, in the future will insurance companies still make your insurance higher?

Rarely. Especially if you are in a long term good standing relationship with your insurer. However, if you have had to file multiple claims with your insurer in the past the potential for an increase would be there.

    Hello

As long as the repairs to your car are not paid by your insurance then they shouldn't

Yes, regardless of fault there will be some increase as you are more likely to be involved in another accident in their eyes. All companies as if you have been involved in an accident regardless of who's fault it was.
