How do I close a question from being answered? I'm tired of people answering with useless answers telling me to figure stuff out and telling me to stop playing Call of Duty even though I like the Franchise!

You can't,a question can only be deleted if there is no answers.If the user who answered you questions are being jerks,you should report them as you should not tolerate them treating you like that.Also you can block them.
A question can't be closed even if it has a best answer.
