I think this guy at my school wants me to suck his dick. We've been kinda just joking around but we both know we want to except I have so many doubts about it.
1. I don't know if I could trust him although I'm pretty sure he won't tell anyone about it.

DONT!! He is an *** for asking you. Every boy wants any girl to do this and it is such a degradation of your character if you do. Trust me when I say dont do it!! He WILL tell. Guys don't ask these types of things out of respect. If you want the slut label, then by all means, it's your reputation you are destroying.
