meet & greet with target today , help please !?
Hi , well I have to attend a meet & greet tomorrow with target . I 3 weeks ago I had a phone interview & they kalled me in for an in person interview . A week later I called back to check the status of mt application and they said they were still doing interviews. Recently this last Saturday one of the target members from HR called & said they scheduled me for a meet & greet . my sister says I have the job since that's the sane process she went through but she worked at target 10 years ago I'm just wondering if I have the job or not. Thanks in advance for the answers.

If the invite you to an orientation then you probably have the job. These things can change over 10 years. Target usually does 2-3 interviews before they decide to hire you or not. You should phone them up and make sure that you have the job.
