I do not think so, Pacman has a lot of money to spare to pay taxes both in the US and in the Philippines. That wouldn't drive them to desperation. With all the money Pacquiao have in the last 10 years of his boxing career, do you think he will be desperate about taxes? He is earning millions in both dollars and in peso, would that drive a man to be desperate enough?
