Why always SM department store being robbed by the martilyo gang?
Just yesterday, another SM department store in Cagayan de Oro was robbed by the notorious martilyo or hammer gang once again. 6 persons came in and one with a hammer and a plumber tool smash the shelves of the jewelry shop and 2 of the 6 members are holding an automatic submachine gun and a .45 pistol. How in the world did these people got the guns inside SM department store with the security personnel at every entrance gates? Why always SM department not Rustan's or Robinson super malls or any other department store in the Philippines? Even the biggest SM megamall was also fall victim to these notorious martilyo gang and as always they escape the scene.
4 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoAfter US reaffirming its stand, how would China approach the conflict this time?
Now that the US said it will stand with their allies in the Pacific, how would China approach the disputed island this time? Would China stop its incursion into the Panatag Shoal, or any of the islands near the West Philippine sea? Is it now safe to fish in our territorial islands and the halt of Chinese coast guard in patrolling this part of the sea in the coming weeks or there will be hostility once again now that China is agitated with the US gesture regarding the Philippines. Do you see more encounters in the coming days or weeks?
3 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoWould you buy a job position, so that you won't be unemployed?
What if there is a company that sell their company position to the highest bidder, for example-you are unemployed for the past years, and you found a company and applied therein. But in the HR department the head of the HR department offered you a position that is presently vacant in their roster but you have to buy it, with a certain amount of money. A security of tenure, that a contract is laid out for you with incentives and an average salary to go with it. Are you willing to buy this position? I know this is wrong, and an open invitation for corrupt practices inside the company. But as a desperate guy who cannot find a suitable employment for the past years, are you willing to buy a company position? What do you think?
6 AnswersLaw & Legal7 years agoPhilippines has the slowest internet in Southeast Asia, how come?
https://ph.news.yahoo.com/photos/southeast-asian-c...
How come we are the worst/slowest internet provider in the whole Southeast Asia, we are left behind by Vietnam who has 13mbps while we are merely 3.6mbps. The highest is Singapore surpassing even the US, who has 61mbps while the US has only 22 mbps. What is wrong with our telecommunication companies who are racking millions of pesos but couldn't provided a better service to the public. Should we change this companies or upgrade our telecom links like those in other Asian cities? What do you think?
7 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoDo we still hold the lowest tuition fees in College in Southeast Asia?
Before I could say we hold the lowest tuition fees in college in southeast asia but Idk if this is still true. Every foreigners before are enrolled in the medical field and engineering in the Philippines because they say we have the lowest tuition fees. A college student(Ms.tejada) committed suicide because she failed to pay the tuition fee at UP Manila equivalent to 10,000 pesos? DLSU has the highest per sem. of 40,000+ while the lowest which is PUP per unit is only 700 pesos. How could an average income family or the below average income family send their son/daughter to college with this kind of tuition fee. Only poor family can enroll at PUP, but not everyone is given an opportunity to enter PUP because of its quota, while only the rich can send their son/daughter at DLSU or ADMU. So what happen to those who earn only 150 pesos/day, how could they send their son/daughter to college? Unless they will go for 5/6. So where is our government role fit into this? The government should subsidize schools to enable the poor to send their son/daughter to college.
3 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoCan the Sandigan Bayan jail the 3 Senators?
If the Ombudsman office find probable cause against the 3 senators(tanda, pogi and sexy) can the Sandigan Bayan put these 3 in jail? I doubt it myself. But I will watch the development as it goes along. I assume the 3 will find a TRO against the ruling of the Ombudsman until it delay the proceedings. Giving them more time to plead that they are innocent of the charges, and obviously none of them will resign in their position. What is your opinion on this? thank you.

I notice some of my question is avoided by lots of people, like a plague. But when someone ask for a typical question everyone jump to answer it, sometimes my own question is protested by some group and remove it from the post. I lost my question regarding oil depot which has no ranting, no insulting words against anyone but suddenly remove from the forum. I bet only 2 or 3 will answer this, I am not surprise with the way people think in here. they would rather side with an idiot than with me. kaya nga walang tayong pag asang umasenso with the mentality that we have. would it change for the better I think not in this generation, maybe 40 years from now, when all of us is gone.

7 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoIs it time to elect another female president in 2016?
Miriam: PHL should elect female president in 2016, as her recent speech reiterated that the Philippines should elect a female president for equal gender policy, that for the past years all our president were men and only two were women. What do you think is it time once again to elect a woman as president of the republic? I would agree on this but after Gloria Arroyo, I think I do not like to see a woman again in the helm of power.
8 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoPepsi or Coca Cola in the Philippines?
Which of the two(2) leading soft drinks giant is preferable a habit of the Filipino people in every occasion or parties? And what happen to Pepsi cola bottling company of the Philippines? Before they were endorsed by Jollibee and McDonald but now both of them are now endorsing Coca Cola. Is this because of the number game Pepsi cap that amount to 20 million pesos that was not paid for by Pepsi company to the millions of Filipino winners. If I remember right this happen in the 90's. Is Pepsi company literally being killed in the Philippines?
6 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoWhy So. Korea not the US in buying military hardware?
MANILA, Philippines (AP) -- The Philippines on Friday signed contracts worth $527 million to buy 12 fighter jets from South Korea and four combat utility helicopters from Canada to boost the capability of its air force, one of the weakest in Southeast Asia. It is quite puzzling to notice that in the past we usually bought jet fighters and other hardware from the US but why shift to SK? Is it because the US is already giving us 2nd hand equipment(s) as they move to established themselves in the Philippines once more? As a nation I always wonder why we cannot make our own fighter jets/tanks/guns like Korea and China. Is it because we are producing a lot of lawyers instead of engineers?
4 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoRequiring aspirant presidential candidate(s) of a college diploma. Anyone opposes to a law like this?
I definitely agree with Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago on her wish that every aspirant presidential candidate in the Philippines should be a college graduate. For me not only that but have a master's degree or a PhD. holder. because any idiot can aspire to become a president of the republic. Right now there is no law that pertain to require such qualification. You might say it is not the diploma that is in question but the character of the person, true but that would be another story. What is your opinion?
5 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoWhy the Philippines is not included in the list?
The Philippines is not included in the list of UN international day of happiness, that include the 25 happiest countries around the world?
http://sg.news.yahoo.com/photos/on-the-un-internat...
One question here ask why the Filipinos are always smiling and happy. I was surprise that we do not garnered the 26 spot, is this only show that we are not a happy nation or contented for what we are? What do you think?
3 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoA poor country manufacturer of its own android tablet, why can't the Philippines do the same?
http://ph.news.yahoo.com/photos/impoverished-haiti...
I know what you will tell me, its because we have a corrupt government. I am tired of reading corruption is the root of our problems. Although it is part of it, but why can't we manufacture computer gadgets or android tablets like Haiti, who is probably much poorer than the Philippines. There are also corruption in Haiti, just like the Philippines full of angel's and demon's. We have so many IT experts plus computer engineer graduates every year. We cannot come up with an assembly line to produce and make cellphones and tablets like those in Haiti? Who knows 2 years from now, Haiti will be the next high technology country in the western hemisphere. One of the problem we have is this crab mentality or talangka IQ system, that instead of boosting other people's initiative or ideas, others try to bring that person down to the ground. Always tells that he or she is the better person than others. Selfish instead of selfless. We have also this type of people here at this section, who put TD or thumbs down to people they do not like. It is like a gang of thieves or hoodlums that reign supreme over others. I get the usual 5 TD's and Clncarplz also get her share of 4 TD's. You call this progress if you are an intellectual guy?
This is a wake-up call to us as Filipinos to make use of modern technology and make the best out of it. If Haiti can do it, I think we can do better.
3 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoWhat do you think our own government will do?
A Philippine airline bound to Shanghai suddenly disappeared as if similar to that Mh 370 aircraft that disappeared until now. The radar tower in the Philippines cannot pick up the presence of the aircraft. What do you expect to our own government to do?
4 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoWill Jejomar Binay win the Presidency in 2016? What do you think?
If he win he is known as the Barak Obama or the black president of the republic of the Philippines. I personally think he will. But he is not my favorite choice. With his position as the head of the pagibig funds and the housing authorities, plus the OFW representative abroad I think he will bring home the bacon. Roxas on the other hand is already wash up as a politician with his debacle over the Tacloban/Leyte storm serge incident and the personal attack toward the mayor of Tacloban which has the surname of Romualdez, that brought the house down for Mar Roxas. Chiz has an annulment with her former wife and is now with a young gorgeous show business celebrity sweetheart, Heart Evangelista. Loren will run for vice-president, I do not think Edu will try for the second time, Alan Peter Cayetano has already announce his candidacy for president for 2016, but this swash buckling hero was a bit failure to unmask the "jose pedal" account of the former first gentleman, Mike Arroyo, all talk but no action. So what do you think is the chances of Binay? thanks.(a black president at the white house and a black president in the Philippine, coincidence? And most of Binay children are already in the government, first with the son a mayor in Makati, daughter as a senator and another daughter as congresswoman 3rd district of makati)
4 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoIs it time to join the 82 countries that ban homosexuality?
http://76crimes.com/76-countries-where-homosexuali...
It is a political issue that is now closely taken us by storm, we are now accepting the rights of the LGBT, but it is not proper that we allow such travesty to rule our society. It clearly violates the 2 gender that we have, the male and the female. It is not a dumb question, it is only dumb if you do not know how to answer back. No offense for people who belong to the LGBTI group or association. If these countries ban homosexual then why not also us. So you think this people are wrong, I do not think so, they are practically doing the right thing here. Homosexual are sprouting like mushroom in the Philippines. Hindi naman sila nanganganak. This is the first time in our history that we have gay host/comedian/tv personality. Way back in the old days people are straight forward. There are a few but they usually act and speak like gentlemen and do not wear women's lingerie in public. But times change I know, the end of days perhaps? I like to hear those who are against and those who support LGBTI. Even if you try to remove my question, I will appeal it. This is a healthy discussion regarding our present issue and could only be discuss openly unlike before we seldom hear any of it. thanks for properly addressing my questionnaire.
5 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoIs this part of the campaign to kill the soft drink industry around the world?
Did you happen to read this?:
http://dailyhealthpost.com/20-practical-uses-for-c...
I was also wondering how to kill the soft drink industry not only in the Philippines but around the world. Soft drinks is bad to our health we know that but we still drink it. But can the two(2) leading brand Coca-Cola and Pepsi one day vanish into oblivion? In the Philippines it is now mandatory to eliminate soft drinks in every school, replace by fruit shakes and milk by the department of education because of the health risk and hazard of drinking soft drinks. But can the world kill the two(2) leading brand of soft drinks. What can you say? thx.
6 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoLegalize the use of psychoactive medication for interrogation in the Philippines? yes or no?
Otherwise known in medical field the colloquial name- truth serum. To obtain information from subject who are unable or unwilling to provide it. A very useful tool in the on going trial of the century of the century concerning Napoles, Sentors Revilla/Enrile and Estrada and et. al. First introduce by Dr. Bleckween in 1930 and widely use by the US government in investigating civil and criminal cases an for the evaluation of psychotic patients in the practice of psychiatry.
Such as ethanol, scopolamine, 3-quinucidinyl benzilate, midazolam, flunitrazepam, temazepam, sodium thiopental or otherwise known as sodium pentothal and amobarbital or amytal. We obviously want to speed up the trial of every case, this way we can some how extract something concrete from the accuse or suspect. For example Napoles cannot remember anything in her last session with the Senators. With the help of such medication, and with the consent of the accuse/suspect to determine the guilt of each individual. Once it is a law then they have no choice but to undertake the medication.
But some of you might say, it is not proven that it is effective, although that is partially correct, nevertheless we can armed our justice system with a tool that can expedite the process, better than nothing I suppose. And there is no side effect that are known in taking such medication. And perhaps develop more about its potency so that we can use them in every trial in the Philippines, especially cases were the suspects literally refuse to answer. Better than beating them up. For me I will say yes for this project.
Now let us see the objection or the no answer. Why?
2 AnswersPhilippines7 years agoWhat if Janet Napoles turn state witness, do you agree or not?
Janet Lim Napoles is the so called queen of pork barrel scam. And right now she is presently under the custody of the PNP regional headquarters in Laguna. What if she suddenly turn state witness, what would you think? Is she credible enough to be a state witness? That would only free her of any criminal liability just like the rest of the Napoles staff that includes Benhur Luy and the rest of the gang who falsify and doctored all those documents from BMP to congress to their imaginary government agency.
