Legalize the use of psychoactive medication for interrogation in the Philippines? yes or no?

Otherwise known in medical field the colloquial name- truth serum. To obtain information from subject who are unable or unwilling to provide it. A very useful tool in the on going trial of the century of the century concerning Napoles, Sentors Revilla/Enrile and Estrada and et. al. And perhaps develop more about its potency so that we can use them in every trial in the Philippines, especially cases were the suspects literally refuse to answer. Better than beating them up. For me I will say yes for this project.
