Do you think the Green Party of England and Wales will grow to a major political party?

DO you think the Greens will grow to the point where they could enter a coalition or perhaps become dominant party in Parliament? I ask this because their policies are absurd.

Most of us really do not see any future for Green Politics here in UK - it's far better understood in Germany where it's a growing movement. But that may simply be because the Germans learn about green issues at School whereas here in UK we are turned into brain dead zombies with endless history lessons about dead Kings and Queens all of whom were despots opposing the will of the people.

great thats exactly what this country needs --- more cultural marxism

they're the party of unrestricted immigration ( they're AGAINST all controls! ), multiculturalism, radical green/environmental politics & other lefty stuff

they have 1 MP down in brighton, which is hippie socialist 'LGBT' central ( they think their the san francisco of the UK ), she was trying to abolish separate sex public toilets so that tranny's don't get confused or distressed when figuring out which ones to use.

so you can imagine what a green party government in parliament would be like

It would take a long time, because for that to happen, we would need a better educated electorate.

Certainly better educated than the sort of person who gets hopelessly out of his depth if he looks at what they wish to bring about, and then dismisses them as 'absurd' without being able to explain why he thinks that.

PS: THANK YOU, ANDREW, FOR YOUR ABUSIVE COMMENT WHICH DEMONSTRATES CLEARLY THAT YOU ARE, BASICALLY, AND AS I SUSPECTED FROM YOUR QUESTION, NOTHING BUT LOW, IGNORANT, SOCIAL REFUSE.

I don't mind the greens, but they seem to have fairly inept leadership a the moment, and Brighton council is a farce from what I have heard.

The ideology is fine its just the execution

they are no more absurd than the others this is not defending them but slagging the others anyone that thinks this country is heading the right way in any of their hands is demented

No. They will always be a fringe/protest party.
