All the sources of those records still exist, just return to each one and ask for copies. You may have to pay a fee, but they are available to you. The deed your wife has is merely a copy of what is recorded at your county court house. Titles to personal property is held with the state and can be replaced too.

just call the bank and other companies and get a copy of the bill. Or in 99.9% of the cases, they are online.

As for deed, just go to the court house and get a copy.
