I don't think she's interested. When that happens to me, I think it's the most annoying and weird thing for a guy to do to do if I don't know the guy. Sometimes I'll flat out ignore the guy and other times I'll reply just to see what they want and if a conversation starts I'll eventually stop messaging back. If you want to talk to her it's far better to do it in person.
