We don't really know eachother and I messages her then she said a few things and hasn't texted me back. Iv teyed texting her over and over but no respond. Btw she's always on her phone

You actually may be driving her away if you message her far too often. If you don't even really know each other that well, it especially makes it awkward if you keep messaging her desperately. She may be busy, or she may not be interested in talking. Give her time to respond and don't harass- you'll chase her off entirely, if you haven't already!

Just stop texting her. At least for a while. As long as you remain friendly, you should be able to text her again a few days later without being seen in a negative light. Maybe you can also apologize for texting too much, offering an explanation. Often sincerity gets you a long way.
