PCOS? and Pregnant?

I have PCOS and did take birth control to help regulate my period and I got a couple times since. I dropped taking the birth control and me and my partner started having unprotected sex and now I haven't got a period in 2 months. I don't think it was unusual because after all I do have PCOS and not getting it is normal but now lately all I crave is white rice and I've been feeling something move inside my stomach like random "kicking" kind of thing. Can I still get pregnant even if I do have PCOS?

Yes in fact women with pcos typically have pregnancies that can go undetected because they attribute symptoms to pcos. It doesn't make it impossible to conceive just harder to conceive so I would go see your gynecologist for an exam to rule out pregnancy before assuming you aren't.
