Can I get pregnant even if I have PCOS?

have PCOS and did take birth control to help regulate my period and I got a couple times since. I dropped taking the birth control and me and my partner started having unprotected sex and now I haven't got a period in 2 months. I don't think it was unusual because after all I do have PCOS and not getting it is normal but now lately all I crave is white rice and I've been feeling something move inside my stomach like random "kicking" kind of thing. Can I still get pregnant even if I do have PCOS?

Yeah, you can totally get pregnant. Women with untreated PCOS (you) have around 10% chance of conceiving in a normal year. This is less than your average woman's odds of pregnancy but those aren't all that bad of odds.

If you're hoping to conceive, talk to your doc. They can help you get pregnant, and give you advice about healthy pregnancy with PCOS (you're more prone to gestational diabetes, small birth weight, and miscarriage). And if you aren't hoping to conceive get thee back on the pill, madame. Apart from helping prevent pregnancy it will also help preserve your fertility if you want a kid later.

Yes you can still get pregnant with pcos it's just harder to conceive naturally. If you and your partner are trying to conceive go to your doctor and he/she can prescribe medication for you to ovulate so that you can have a better chance of conceiving.
