Click your name (beside your avatar) in the left sidebar. That takes you to your profile page.
In the light purple bar below the activity banner, you'll see 'My Questions', 'My Answers', and 'More'. Click 'More', then 'My Network' from the options that appear. You'll see 'Following' (your contacts) and 'Followers' (your fans). Clicking on either of those options will take you to the corresponding list of users.
