It's not a stupid question. It depends on how much preparation you put into it. I know your intention was to have a few laughs, but many of us take hygiene seriously and take the time to ensure a mess-free experience. If you do a few enema flushes, there's practically no feces, but it's just a matter of preference. Even without much preparation, there's usually not much feces unless your bottom hasn't had a good bowel movement for a while. A few decent servings of fiber goes a long way.

Generally, people clean up *down there* before the get into that sort of thing. That is what anal douches are for.
