Softener - drinking system rental?
I'm looking to find out what people pay for a monthly rental amount for a water softener & drinking system. If you could list the price for each and where about your located. ( I have heard that the price depends on where your located )

Yeah, it seems the prices are all over the map but they appear to be in the $20-$40 per month range, and the indication is that there is also an installation fee of $100 or more at the front-end. Weigh that against just buying one from Lowe's or similar for $400-$500.
This was just for the softener system. I could not locate info on a rental RO (Reverse Osmosis) drinking water add-on.

Yes it really depends on were you are located. I had 1 in my office with a monthly service charge of $5 + how ever many bottles were used. It never got used so I canceled service.
