Manny faced a better version of Marquez obviously when they were in the lower weight classes. Still got knocked out by the version Floyd faced, sadly.

Floyd faced a better Miguel Cotto.

Floyd also fought the better Shane Mosley, the one Manny would not fight.

Clottey is better than Ortiz or Guerrero, but Cotto Alvarez, Maidana trumps Margarito, Bradley, and Rios. Margarito just has a good chin, Bradley has some skill but has always been overrated, and Rios is not as tough a challenge as Maidana simply because of his awkward style.

Floyd. Betting odds don't matter. Just because some people think you will lose doesn't change the facts. Floyd is held to such a high standard because of how good he is. If he isn't extraordinary, then "he is fighting bums" where as Pacquiao can fight bums but he is off the hook because of the way he fights.

Manny Pacquiao fought once at 154 against Antonio Margarito and admitted he was really hurt and that he would never fight at that weight again. Miguel Cotto proved that he's a much better fighter than Margarito at 154 by stopping him ,something Pacquiao couldn't do.

Floyd fought the bigger fighters ,having defeated both Miguel Cotto and Canelo Alverez at 154 ,two fighter Manny Pacquiao would never get into the ring with at 154.

    Simple Mayweather.

Mayweather fought the 154 pound cot to, De La Hoya and Canelo.

Pacquiao fought the catchweight and weight drained version 145 pound Cotto, De La Hoya.

Pacquiao would not give a rematch at 154 pounds.

Mayweather fought the best version of Mosley coming off two spectacular wins at 147 with Pacquiao fighting him a year later.

Mayweather beat Guererro who hadn't lost in 9 years, Ortiz was coming off a big win, and Maidana coming off the upset of the year.

Mayweather beat a prime Canelo, Maidana and Guererro, Ortiz, Corrales, Corley.

With the exception of Marquez and Bradley for Pacquiao, and Alvarez for Mayweather, both of them have fought shocking bad opposition since 2009.

I'd give the edge to Pacquiao because he fought Bradley twice, and fought a welterweight version of Marquez.

Everybody here is subjective! paquiao has had better results against hatton, de la hoya, mosley, marquez and cotto. minus for may. paquiao drains boxers so theres a minus for pac. paquiao has fought better challenges because may runs from the best in their best. may fought genaro who was not top, he fought an old gatti, mosley was old, canelo young and dumb, Remember castillo beat mayweather. In many eyes maidana beat mayweather in the first fight. mayweather over rated. boring style fo fight. I would like to see mayweather engage a war vs canelo.

Mayweather didnt fight top boxers at 20 like canelo. Mayweather didn't fight a prime margarito, paul williams, kosta, chavez sr prime, paquiao prime, younger cotto, younger mosley, no camacho sr prime, no chavez jr, no govloik, no ward. too many excuses. mayweather will never fight a real danger, and excuses? tests, gloves, day to fight, age, money, etc.

Manny Pacquiao was fighting fighters who can beat him but you can not say the same with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Pacquiao. Check the betting odds of both fights and you will see, Teddy.
