I'm only getting 0 bars to 1 bar on my cellphone inside my apartment(third floor) but when I am outside I get all the bars. What's going on?
I called Boost Mobile and they said the towers was down and should be back up in a day and that was like 3 days ago when I called. They recommend me update my profile/PRL after the towers get up and running again and I did that and it still don't work. I even asked since I used all my Data for the month if that had anything to do with it and they said No.(Boost Customer Service is not great) does anyone know what is going on?

Every phone has an antenna that may or may not be as good as 100 other phones of the same or different models. Buildings, can and do block cell phone signal and there really is nothing you can do about it, other than asking the cell phone company for a signal booster or buying one on your own. Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile offer them for customers that are having trouble using their phones in their homes. Some for free others for a monthly or one time fee. Companies like Boost, normally do not make such equipment offers, since they work off a larger carriers network and not their own.

The problem is Boost Mobile is Sprint service which was good when 3g but when 4g came out quality is horrible. I had to switch to T mobile because I could not get service. They told me they are still working on there 4g network will not be complete until summer 2015.

That happens to me too sometimes. Buildings usually like to block any signal going into the building because all of the electromagnetic waves from your provider's cell phone tower cannot go through the walls of the building.
