No, that's not a good trade unless you get Lynch and Wilson. Hillman is not a good fantasy RB.

I would rather have the Julio Jones side of this. Wilson doesn't upgrade the QB position enough. Its not a horrible trade, lineup still looks good with Sanders but depth would take a hit. You could roll with Hillman and Charles.
