A lot of times the smaller motors with the most power cost more to build, where as Big Block engines or big displacement motors make more power and TQ to begin with.

The difference, if my math is correct, is 25. How can they have the same parts if they are different cubic inches, something has to be different.

It may be that one is built in a tall deck, or a better quality block. Maybe one has a non-twist crankshaft, or hydraulic roller cam while he other has a solid-lifter cam......
