Venus.
Sometimes called Earth's Evil Twin.
It has some pretty wild weather there, 200mph winds and acid rain, atmosphere is a heavy 50 miles thick carbon dioxide.
Temperature is about 800 C.
Once thought to be slightly bigger than Earth, but that was before probes saw how thick the atmosphere was, surfacewise Venus is slightly smaller in volume than Earth, it has 5/8ths less mass too.

Well, ..., Venus is the only planet, in our solar system, that is closest in size to Earth.
See the link below for details.

Earth's gravity is 1. Or do you mean the gravitational acceleration? It's 9.78 meters per second squared. Regardless, it wouldn't matter if a black hole got close to the solar system, it would in no way affect Earth's gravity. Gravity is a function of mass. The only way Earth's gravity can increase is if the Earth has more mass added to it. The only way Earth's gravity can decrease is if it looses mass. The same goes for every object in the universe.

Mercury is heavy and dense, but it isn't the closest size.
