How to stay up later?

I am a student in high school and I have a really busy schedule. I wake up at 6, go to school until 2, clubs and extra help until 3, Track/ Cross Country until 5:30 and shower and dinner until 7. I start my homework right away at 7:00 but around 8:00 I want to give up and go to bed because I am so tired! Is there anyway to solve this problem because it's constant every night and it's really hurting my grades. And I am not drinking coffee to stay up later

Also tonight would it be bad to take a two hour nap, wake up, do homework, and go back to bed for another three hours? if so what should I do because right now I'm about to pass out but I have at least three to four hours of homework!

    I agree with Maxx

    Either you have the ability to stay awake and do or you don't

    You may try doing a little homework get up and walk to the kitchen and get something cold to drink

    Keep a cold wash cloth close by and wipe your face every few minutes(put ice in the water with washcloth)

    If you don't have enough time to do your homework, maybe you should cancel one of your less necessary or least favorite activities. Staying up later won't help, because that will just make you more tired the next day.
