Should I move on?

Me and this girl talked for a while last year. She got a bf afterwards and dated for a while but broke up a month ago. We have seen each other since and have kissed and expressed how much we miss each other. She even went as far as to say that I was always the one she wanted to be with. However, we haven't talked too much since. It seems like I'm getting mixed signals. She played this game with me last time so im about sick of it. Should I tell her that it's time to put up or shut up? I'm tired of waiting around for her . I want to be with her more than anything but I can't stand being played with.
