Find the reference angle for θ=218 and θ=1387?

    For 218º, in quadrant 3, you'd subtract 180 to get 38º

    For 1387º you divide by 360 and use the remainder. 1387 ÷ 360 = 3 R 307.

    307 is in quadrant 4 so subtract it from 360. Answer : 53º
