Yes you definitely can file a lawsuit against that Game's manufacturing Company and can win the case also if you provide substantial proofs to back your claim of poor design and misinformation about the Co-Op mode. But you cannot sue Steam as you have violated their TOS by cheating.

No, because Payday has always been orientated around co-op. You should always research a game's previous title before you get a game to know what it is all about. The item you brought was legit (not pirated) and they didn't promise anything they didn't deliver.

You can but it's extremely unlikely that you win, you'd have to pay an enormous amount of money in court costs as well as damages, then there's the fact that you broke the terms of service by using codes in order to cheat the game, that's why you were banned.

No, think about it, you're taking on a corporate juggernaut basically. A video game mammoth. Of course you're not gonna win.

In theory you can sue just about anyone for just about anything. Winning is another matter.

Sue a video game company because you think their game is crappy? You have no chance.

Edit: Undue stress and poor health? Not the fault of the company.

Of course you can't. You bought the game they retailed is focused on coop and a small amount of research could have told you that.
