Appendicitis or gas pain?
I've had gas pain a bunch of times. But last night it was unbearable. It's pain in my lower right side going into my back and up my spine. But I don't think its appendicitis because it's gotten better. The pain is still present which has never happened with gas pain. It usually just goes away the next morning but this time the pain is still present. I just don't want to go to the hospital if it's just gas pain and I can wait it out and it'll get better.

You can suffer a slow and painful death if that's what you mean actually. If you aren't sure of what is causing the pain and this pain has been going on for a while now, I suggest you actually go to the hospital. It's better to be safe, than sorry
