I am going into my sophomore year in high school, and last year, I did excellent in JV lacrosse. I am looking to compete for a spot on varsity, and hopefully be good enough to make it to college lacrosse. What are some drills/techniques that I can do to make that possible? What are some rough statistics I should have if I want to make it to college lacrosse?
