it seems to me thet the only use of Democracy is to stop the people from fighting and consider the battle already won by the majorities because they outnumbered the rest….

What is a majority? i mean woman are a majority if you want to be technical. the legislature of most countries including the United States are configured in a way that there are multiple voting caucus majorities depending on the issue debated. no one group or ethnicity controls government in its entirety. also constitutional countries have a document that establishes the rights of individuals and protects those rights from infringement by a majority. So i would say "dominance" is a gross over-statement. The way we move forward is with a consensus of the people and voting/democracy is just one phase of that.

We live in a Constitutional Republican and vote democratically. That means we have God given rights that can not be voted away by a majority. Free speech is one of those rights. Also the fact that they are God given means there can be no Gov amendment that violates those rights.

the bill of rights was passed right when our constitution was passed to insure that while majority rules, it only does so with respect to the rights of the minority ALWAYS
