does democracy insure the dominance of the majority? does it exclude the voices of the minorities?
it seems to me that democracy only favors the majority, as if instead of letting people fight over decisions it just assume that the majority has won because they outnumbered them..

No that's why we have a supreme court and balance of power in our Democracy, to prevent exactly that from happening.
